SER changes, Humana transforms:AI and VFX at the service of creativity and efficiency
In a context where time, budget, and scale are as defining as creativity, Humana carried out an exemplary case of how technology and strategic production can solve a challenge. solve a challenge.
The client, SER (Danone), needed to launch its new image in Argentina and Uruguay. The request: to develop a commercial combining archive footage with stock images, updating all yogurt packaging to reflect its new visual identity. It was necessary to avoid new filming, with all that this entails in terms of costs, time, and logistics. The premise was clear: produce more with less.
The solution?A precise mix of VFX and artificial intelligence
The VFX team and prompt engineers digitally recreated the new SER packs in 3D. These "digital clones" were integrated into each original shot, replacing the old products without altering the tone, lighting, or aesthetics of the source material.
In several cases, entire sets were even generated using AI, onto which the new products were then mounted with surprising naturalness.
The result?
A project completed in five weeks, with savings of over 85% compared to the cost of filming a TVC from scratch. But that wasn't all.
Digital clones made it possible to amplify the campaign in digital and OOH media, generating more than 75 final pieces, all consistent with each other and faithful to the new visual identity. In addition, the campaign was easily adapted to Uruguay, replacing the products with local versions, which allowed for a complete replica with a 90% savings in production.
This case demonstrates that when creativity, method, and technology are combined, not only are challenges solved:
New possibilities for production, adaptation, and scalability are opening up.
In a world where resources are finite,
thinking differently is the competitive advantage.
Humana makes it possible.
